Roy has a genetic quirk that keeps him muscular no matter what he does. He is elderly but has the body of a god, which he is quite proud of and is constantly showing off. Roy can bulk up the size of any muscle group he wants by flexing it, effectively tearing the muscle tissue and regenerating it in an instant, though this effect is temporary and he reverts back to his usual muscle size in a few minutes.

Roy loves having his muscles worshipped, particularly his chest and abs which are bare skin as opposed to the light blue dusting of feathers everywhere else.
